ABOUT ME

My name is Floyd W. Bybee. I grew up in Northern Arizona in the small community of Page, and moved to the Phoenix area  in 1976. 

I graduated from Arizona State University in 1986 with a business degree in Finance.  I then went on to earn my law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School in 1989.

I have been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 1989, and have been admitted to practice in all the Arizona courts, including the the U.S. District Court for Arizona, and in the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Since 1989, I have helped thousands of Arizona consumers with consumer credit problems, including bankruptcy, collection harassment, identity theft, credit report problems, and invasion of privacy.

I currently limit my practice to representing only Arizona consumers who are victims of collection harassment or other abuse, have been sued on old credit card accounts, have problems with their credit reports, or have been defrauded by automobile dealerships.

In most cases, I provide a free initial phone evaluation so that you can have your situation generally reviewed by an experienced attorney without having to visit the office.
