I have been looking at your site. I have a couple questions. One My Identity has been stolen. I did put a alert on my accounts which I am sure is expired. I have bad credit. This lady had managed to get credit cards in my name, and has had several residents in my state in some towns I have never heard of. I tried to get my credit reports and I couldn't because I couldn't provide them with My CC no. Then I have had a credit company or two call me about my credit cards one wanting to give me more credit, and one wanting me to pay the bill. In both cases I told them. There are no Other woman out there Who have my name. I checked. Not in the whole world. There are however some tribe in africa, and the name of the tribe is sakwa, I sent Letters to all three credit beareus at least 7 years ago stating that I wanted nobody, but mysellf to ever have any rights to my credit info. I had found out it was being looked at all the time. So i went that far. Now it seems I am the only one who can't see it. The writing of the letters are supposed to be for life. If you do it verbally on the phone it has to be renewed every two years. The letters are supposed to be Golden though. When I have tried to get help with this No luck. I can call the police, and who ever else. You can hire one of the watch dog companies to watch your accounts. That is very pricey. At least for me it is. Now On to issue no. 2 Back child support owed to me of course. My son was born april 1981 So he is Grown now. His Dad took off for Arizona I think about 24 years ago. The child support people sent me letters from time to time asking if I knew where he was, I did not. I received a lettter just maybe 2 or 3 years ago saying they were closing the case. I don't know why they closed the case being they must have found him I looked up the account. It has a very paltry amount like almost 4000 dollars in it. I was never made privy to that info or sent any support. Yes my son is 28. I think He deserves to have something from that man. A good deal more than 4k I think for sure he should. My son is a good man. He has a wife, and almost 5 children of this own. his is cooking one right now. This would be six, but their little girl was still born. He has worked 7 days a week the first 4 or 5 years they were together, then six, now finally 5, He is working his way up the ladder at att down town Chicago. They also have a nice home in plano, IL. You see he like many onthers took out a varieble loan. He is in the middle filing Bankrupsy. To keep his home, and to keep his children in a Good environment. I have a Trust that my parents left to me. I don't spend it. My sis is taking care of it. I don't know what I will do yet. Probably add it to my elldest Grandsons college fund. So you see I want his dad to pay. So it can be given to my Son for him, and hiis family; He needs to feel like he received something from him besides his genes. Oh I sound like I am rambling, but I would like to know. He lives in Phoenix arizona, and I live In Carol stream IL. What are the different laws, and can this still be pursued. Also if I do pursue, which state would be better. I thank you kindly for reading this, and for any advice you could give.
